About Me
I'm a Principal SaaS Specialist at Temenos with over a decade of experience spanning software testing, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven operations. My career has been a deliberate evolution — each chapter built on the last, pushing me toward more impactful and intelligent engineering.
I started my journey in software quality at HCL Technologies, building test automation frameworks for critical platforms like Powerball and National Lottery UK. That foundation of rigour and reliability carried me into cloud engineering — first at Zephyr and HPE, then at Temenos — where I designed Azure infrastructure, automated CI/CD pipelines, and managed Kubernetes-based SaaS deployments at enterprise scale.
Today, I work at the intersection of AI and SaaS operations. I build LLM-powered pipelines that enrich incident data, automate triage, and enable self-healing systems — processing thousands of tickets a day with governed execution and full audit trails. I believe the future of enterprise operations is intelligent, observable, and autonomous, and I'm actively building that future.
